family update

a little update on the Walters' lives:
Life is going very well at this time. We are in the process of planning Hope's 5th birthday party. Hard to believe that she is about to be 5! What?! It's funny though, because at times, she seems so much older (her vocabulary is quite extensive) and then at times, she seems younger (she is a bit emotional-ugh). Needless to say, she is super excited about her "Hannah Montanna Pajama Party". The irony is that the guest list is basically adults-and they are all wearing their pjs (even my Papasan). There will be a lot of friends and family in town this weekend and we are so excited to them all. It has been too long.
Hunter is doing well. He is such a 'boy'. Nothing scares him-he climbs, jumps (attempts to do this), runs/falls/runs/falls, slides, swings, etc. Besides showing no fear the boy is a clown. He will do anything for a laugh (I can see trouble with this in the future). He cracks himself up, along with the rest of us. His language is starting to get better (I have been a bit nervous about delays). He is doing well at repeating words (or sounds for him) for objects-I laugh as I think of our trip to walmart the other day. He would run up to a t-shirt and yell "dora" or "man" (high pitched sequels of excitement)-with 'man' being Hannah Montanna. Think Hope has an influence on him?!
Craig and I are great. We went to a Celebrate Your Marriage conference, at our church, a couple of weekends ago and we really enjoyed it. It was very light hearted and full of lots of laughter. Work keeps us busy, along with the gym. We are both still trying to get somewhat into shape and that is requiring daily trips to the gym. I think we both secretly enjoy the work out, shhh! The other thing that we have gotten into is facebook. So...look us up and friend us, you will find us on there. I have liked finding old youth group, high school and college friends. It is so neat to get in touch with them and see where their journey's have led them.
