What's going on?

I don't have any new pictures to post right now because my camera is broken. ugh. That is tough for a picture taker like me. However, I can write and update you on the Walters' crew. Camp is ending for the summer. Sad. I have enjoyed spending my summer out there and having Hope there as my side-kick. Yep...Hope is a camp girl (yeah!) and we look forward to sending her to summer camp next year! Craig and Hunter have done some major bonding over the summer, but he is still his "momma's boy" when I am around. We will be wrapping up our summer next week with a trip to Hilton Head. We are so excited for a week at the beach and some relaxation before we start the school year.

Did I mention that Hope will start kindergarten this year?! I just can't believe it. I always say that I will not be that mom that cries when the kids start school-especially since Hope was at Clemson Ele last year in K-4. However, when I think about it and how her educational life in on track...for the next 16 or possibly more (you know, if she wants grad school and all-like her mom and dad) years, something wells up in my throat. I just hope that we do things right. Give her the right encouragement, don't push her too hard, but don't let her slack. It is a bit nerve racking, thinking about how to "raise" her the "right way". We can only leave it in the Lord's hands and pray He guides us in the right direction.

Hunter is growing like a weed and is still all boy! He has really come a long way with his talking and like to repeat most anything he hears. He really loves his big sister. We are very blessed with how well they get along with each other and play together. Don't get me wrong, they are getting to that phase where they argue, but overall they play very well together!

Well, that is it for us right now. Hopefully we will have a working camera at the beach and will get lots of pics to share!
